Begin with the content
Open a key page on a phone and read it from beginning to end. Look for paragraphs that feel heavy, headings that wrap awkwardly and details that repeat. Break long passages into focused paragraphs. Shorter copy helps when it preserves meaning, not when it removes information people need.
Check the rhythm
Compare the spacing above a heading with the spacing below it. The heading should feel connected to the text it introduces. Keep comfortable page margins and avoid letting decorative elements squeeze the reading area. Check the layout when text is enlarged, too.
Make actions easy to distinguish
Use descriptive labels such as “View web design services” rather than repeated “Learn more” links. Give controls enough space that neighbouring actions are easy to distinguish and select. Keep the main menu understandable and provide a visible way to close it.
Test a complete journey
Move from the homepage to a service and then to the contact page. Check that every link works, form labels remain visible and error messages explain how to continue. A page that looks polished still needs to make the whole journey comfortable.
