Who is responsible and how to contact us
Khush Design Tech is responsible for the personal information it collects to operate this website and respond to enquiries. Our contact address is Mombasa, Kenya, P.O. Box 80107. For privacy questions or requests, email khushtech24@gmail.com or call +254115810524.
Information we handle
When you contact us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, service of interest, budget, timeline and project description. Only the fields marked as required are needed for a website enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in your message.
Our hosting infrastructure necessarily receives technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and error or security events to deliver and protect the website. The application stores a privacy preference record in your browser when you make a choice. It contains category choices, a policy version and timestamps; it is not used to identify you or build an advertising profile.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use enquiry details to answer your questions, prepare a proposal and take steps you request before entering a contract. Where a project is agreed, necessary information is used to deliver that contract. We may also need to keep information to meet applicable legal obligations.
Website delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and necessary business correspondence support our legitimate interests in operating a secure business, where this legal basis is available and does not override your rights. Optional tracking requires your prior consent. We do not treat browsing, declining cookies or sending an enquiry as marketing consent.
Analytics, advertising, CRM and email marketing
No optional analytics, advertising, CRM tracking or email marketing provider is connected to this version of the website. Optional integrations remain off by default, and declining optional services keeps them off. Any future provider must be identified with its purposes, storage and retention details before it is enabled; a new consent choice will be requested.
CRM tracking means optional visitor identification or marketing profiling. It is separate from handling information you deliberately send in an enquiry. Agreeing to optional website tools does not subscribe you to email marketing. There is currently no newsletter subscription form or automated marketing mailing list connected to this site.
Who may receive information
This website runs on WordPress. Your selected hosting service handles technical information needed for hosting and security. The contact email supplied is a Gmail address, so messages sent to that address are processed by Google’s email service.
The enquiry form uses WordPress mail delivery and the hosting or SMTP provider configured by the website owner. The enquiry fields are sent to the configured agency inbox. The theme does not store enquiry messages in the WordPress database or forward them to advertising providers. Additional mail plugins may keep logs according to their settings.
Information may also be disclosed where lawfully required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information or currently share visitor information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International processing
Hosting and email services may process information in countries outside Kenya or your country of residence. The safeguards required depend on the information, destination and applicable law. Before introducing new providers or international data flows, we must assess those arrangements and put the required safeguards in place. You may contact us for information about a particular transfer. This notice does not claim that a specific transfer agreement or overseas representative has already been appointed.
How long information is kept
The browser privacy choice expires after 180 days, or earlier if you clear it or the consent version or provider list changes. Enquiries and project correspondence are retained according to the purpose of the conversation, any resulting contract, applicable record-keeping duties and the need to resolve disputes. Information should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Hosting and email records are subject to the relevant provider’s retention settings and obligations. We have not configured an optional analytics or advertising retention period because those services are not active. Contact us for the retention details applicable to your correspondence.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Not every right applies in every circumstance. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Use the footer’s Cookie settings control to change website tracking choices. For other requests, email khushtech24@gmail.com. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may ask us to review a refusal or use an authorised agent where the law allows. You will not be denied website access for declining optional tracking.
You may complain to Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner at www.odpc.go.ke or your local data protection regulator. Where applicable, EEA and UK visitors may complain to their local supervisory authority. We respect browser Global Privacy Control by keeping all optional tracking categories off while the signal is enabled.
Children, security and updates
Our services are intended for business clients and adults arranging design work. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information or provide child-directed marketing. Contact us if a child has provided information so we can address it.
The site uses HTTPS and validates form submissions. These measures cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not use this site to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
We update this notice when our practices change. A material change to optional tracking requires a new choice; merely continuing to browse does not provide consent.
